Freelance Counsellor/Psychotherapist

House of Light provides counselling interventions on our local IAPT networks in Hull and East Yorkshire.  Our team of experienced therapists offer one to one solution focused counselling in various modalities to non-perinatal and perinatal patients.  If you are an accredited therapist or working towards accreditation and are interested in being part of the House of Light team, please do not hesitate to send your CV with covering letter to [email protected]. 

It would be advantageous if you had a particular interest in perinatal mental health however, training in perinatal mental health will be provided should your application be successful.  
 
You must be qualified to at least Foundation level and have completed your Certificate of Proficiency if you are a BACP member. 
 
We welcome applications from Counsellors, Psychotherapists, Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWPs), High Intensity CBT therapists and anyone qualified to deliver IAPT specific interventions such as Counselling for Depression (CfD), Couples Therapy for Depression (CTfD), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR).
